10 Things You Should Bring with You to Child Support Court

1.   A copy of your custody order or separation agreement
2.  Two  of your most recent pay stubs
3.  Your previous year tax returns
4.  Evidence of how much you are paying for the child’s health insurance
5.  Evidence of much you are paying for  child care expenses
6.  Evidence of the cost or how much you are paying to cover the child’s extraordinary expenses
7.  Evidence of how much the opposing parent’s earns
8.  The opposing parent’s home address
9.  The opposing parent’s work address
10.  The opposing parent’s  social security number
