Word for the Day: Breach

When one party fails to comply with the terms of a separation agreement.  A breach occurs when one spouse does something they agreed not to do or fails to do something that they agreed to do.   Examples of a breach might include a spouse closing an account he/she agreed not to close or  fails to make alimony payments he/she agreed to make.
