Do maintain a copy of the signed agreement with your other important documents.
Do not sign the agreement if you don’t believe the terms are fair and reasonable.
Do not sign the agreement if you feel pressured into doing so.
Do not hesitate to ask your attorney any and all questions you have.
Do not agree to do anything you know you are not capable of doing.
