5 Good Reasons You May Not Want to Sign a Separation Agreement

1.  Your spouse does not have a reasonable bone in his/her body and he/she refuses to negotiate in good faith.

2.  Your spouse can’t be trusted to fully disclose his/her assets.

3.  Your spouse is a snake and you can’t trust him/her to comply with the agreement.

4.  You can‘t agree to do what you spouse is asking you to do.

5.  You believe you can do better by going to court and having a judge decide the issues relating to the settlement of your property rights.
